Default Subscribing to Threads

For some reason I am being randomly subscribed to threads. I've never in my life used this feature (purposely)- I don't even know how to do it, and I don't know the purpose of it (apparently I have several problems...lol!).

I have figured out how to unsubscribe. I'm just wondering if this is happening to others, or if I'm pushing buttons that I don't know I'm pushing...

Hasn't happened to me, Camille. I don't use the feature either. Have you checked your options in the CP to see if anything is checked off there that shouldn't be?

Yeah. It's not happening all the time, just enough to have me wondering. I think its subscribed me to like 5 or 6 threads in the past few months. Oh well, not a big deal!

I have been having this trouble for awhile. I have clicked every possible thing under User CP dealing with subscribed threads including send no email and unsubscribe. I even took off my email address. But I keep getting them. Help!!!!
