On your REPLY screen scroll down to MANAGE ATTACHMENTS.

Every time I do this, it tell me failed/error. I don't know what I'm doing wrong? I need help!

Is it possible your photos exceed the file size limitations? I know I have run into a problem a time or two when I have tried uploading really big photo sizes.
