Well, I got in once but not anymore, I give up...

Try hitting cancel on the windows login box and let it take you directly to the cpanel sign in page. The server doesn't require a secure encryption and maybe the browser is trying to send it secure? Gary and Myself have tested several accounts with no problems, so I'm not exactly sure what is going on.

I believe that every time I've been successful in logging in this is how I've done it. For some reason the browser login box that pops up doesn't work, but I can log in at the cpanel page.

I don't remember my password. Can you pm it to me?

The cpanel (fullpage) log in doesn't work either, after filling in all the info and clicking on log in the little blue box pops up, I fill that in and another pops up and another and another...

Arty, I tried you account again, it works for me.

User name: brokenwing@parrotchatter.com
Password : password (change once you can log in)

Okay, here's what's going on with my account. When Lance contacted me via PM to give me the info needed to open an e-mail account in Outlook, I realized that the address created for me was actually casaamozona@parrotchatter.com rather than casaamazona@parrotchatter.com. When I tried logging in with the casaamozona address, I was able to get in with no problems. I've asked Lance to change the name to my real name of casaamazona, but in the meantime I've been able to access my account with no problems at all.

You might want to verify with Lance the exact lettering on your new email address, as that's where my problem was.
