Question The Parrot Tree

The Parrot tree

With our JR going to New Joisy to pick up her new fid and meeting some other members from the board got me to thinking. I too have met a few members from this board and others.
I was thinking of perhaps (someone with talent and knows what the heck they are doing {precludes me} and can put this together) having a sort of “Family Parrot tree” … who met who from where ... and this one has met this one through … and then they met … you get the idea?
Sort of a visual aid to … all of us that have met, to sort of give the feeling that you are not alone out there and that all the names on the screen are real and that you belong and are a greater part of the … massive avian family that we have created here on the net.
Also perhaps as a quick reference as to who is closest and what not … just throwing out some thoughts is all.

... maybe we could start with a little bush and watch it grow ...

This might also be the impetus some need to "get their own branch" and to ... (I hate this but it fits, lol) ... to, reach out and touch someone.

I think it's a great idea! I don't nominate myself to put it all together though!

Maybe we could start simply by listing who from PC we've met.

I have met Jeannie (mommysangel), and that's it. I sure wish I had a longer list!

Here are mine:

Birdyland (Dana) {California}

Ingrid {Canada}

LissaKokoKiwiKaseySam (Lissa from BB or Koko's Mom from AN) {Massachusetts}

Tiki (Tara) {Australia}

... and two more from another board that I have met over the years.

... the more I think of this the more daunting it becomes.

Mike, are we just doing members of PC that we've met, or just anyone we've met on an online bird forum?

The last 2 people you mentioned aren't members here.

If we want to limit it to the folks here that would be fine with me as well. I was not sure if Lissa was here under a different name perhaps, and Tara is still on the member list.
How about color coding the entire thing ... one color for PC folks and another for other boards ... they are all good people, some just under a different roof is all ... it's still ONE BIG family with the binding factor being our love of our birds and the well being of those the entire world over, egos and all else aside.
