Arty, the farmers who allow you to release pigeons are not dairy or cattle farmers are they? I remember as a kid that farmers in my area would routinely shoot pigeons who roosted in their haybarns for fear of spread of disease from their droppings.
Ya have bird feeders?, How about a bird bath?

Theres a constant supply of food and water here. As well as good shrubs and trees for nesting. btw, I have to take pics today of the babies on the arbor. They are so BIG! The one looks almost ready to fledge and has a nice little tail on it. I call mom and dad Lady and Sir! They are always close by. Lady let me walk right up to her today while she was on the ground. She was right at my feet. I wonder is she feels safe with me.
