For reasons unknown to me, when bringing new birds into my loft some become ill, this has happened many times over the years.
Why only one Fantail appears ill while all the rest are fine is beyond me.
I am treating the little one with a pro biotic, and felt it best to treat all the birds at this time for 10 days, after the biotic I will treat with a multi vitamin high in b12.
Soon I will be re-homing close to 12 birds, several will be returned to the wild, hoping for warmer weather.
All is okay here, all birds are doing well, even SNEAKY.
Hope has adjusted well and is flying around.
A person that adopts from me has come over to look at all the birds, he offered to take all 12, we are waiting for the Baby Fantails to wean.
Spring time is coming, many little ones will find there way to me for help, I simply have to make room.
I am currently helping 2 birds, one in Nevada the other in Florida.
Hopefully the birds can be caught and sent to me.
One is banded, the other is feral.

Arty,

Congratulations on the new squabs. Pigeons are very sneaky and determined. Have fun.

Oh there love birds alright, to lovey dovey if ya ask me.
Barbra from Second Chance Bird Rescue has shown interests in the Fantails so hopefully I will be sending 2 of them her way soon.
All the birds will be re-homed very soon.
I am going to keep my special birds, and the Lahore and her mate.
I am kinda surprised with the little blind bird, he seems to be doing very well, sadly he has not mated up, but this is a good thing as then I would have to keep his mate during re-homing time.
The little feral that was shot two time is also doing very well, again, not mated but doing very well.
