None that I heard of. She did request that you call her (sent phone #
in
last e-mail) so that she could enter your detail in the petition to the
judge. I'm not sure much more can be done until we find out one way or
another how the judge rules.

I just got off the phone with a person Named Theresa in Alabama.
She has taken down all my information and is submitting it to the judge on Monday.
We spoke for awhile and I explained what would need to happen to get these birds shipped to me.
I will need to order 2 - 4 bird shipping boxes and 1 - 2 bird box as there are 10 Pigeons.
I also will need to call the post office and provide my credit card number to cover the costs, this averages $27.00 dollars per bird.
This will cost my Rescue close to $400.00...
Apparently this person cared for close to 60 birds, Pigeons, Doves, Cockatiels and Finches, all have been placed but the Pigeons...now...I have spoken for the bird of peace.
Sadly nobody knew this person kept the Pigeons and they were found starving, but they are being taken care of and being well fed.
Theresa said it may take some time for the Judge to give the okay, But the birds are coming to me.

Ruby says she will send 27.00 to you to save a pigeon. Let me know your address so I can mail it for her. You are a good egg!

You all are so very kind.
The most Pigeons I have taken in were 20 at once, fortunately these birds were here locally.
Here I shut down the National part of my rescue and look how long I stuck to my word....
What can I say.....These birds haunt me, I love the Pigeon so much....it hurts.
When I mentioned the cost of this rescue to Theresa she was awed....
I made sure she understood, I don't buy and or sell life, My mate does, but I kinda frown upon this, so I asked her to make sure the Judge knows this.
The bank is trying to get what money they can out of all the assets, kinda bothers me that Life is involved.
A special Thank You to Gini, she tried to help these birds by finding someone local and or close by, to Susan for offering to do what she could by driving.
Everyone that is offering help, Please know...you have touched me as no other, The bird of Peace thanks you all so very much.
Its a waiting game now, all I know for sure is my Sanctuary has been chosen.

Theresa called, the judge has released the birds to me...
Theresa woke me up and I was alittle sleepy, so I have to call her back and make sure I wrote the correct address down and get Global Pigeon Supply to send the boxes to her.
She said it was getting cold down there in Alabama...hmmmm its bitter here...wonder if she knows what cold is...LOL
