Default Thank You Anne

A dear friend of mine from Second Chance Bird Rescue recently posted this link off her site.
I thought I would share this wonderful story with all of you, I am very touched by this.
Anne Kenyons *Precious-wings* -- God loved birds, and created trees. Man loved birds and created cages.

Ohhhh Anne, is this the same little bird you helped not long ago?
I am sitting here dinging myself, all has come to me now, I feel kinda foolish...
I have some words for you my dear!
When one of Mothers Little Ones find there way to us for help, there's a message within.
When they trust us enough to allow us to touch them to help, this is a message and a blessing from God.
They know whom to trust Anne, they sense this and please know...you are SPECIAL.
For a wild animal to allow a human to touch him-her is very rare, extremely rare.
The FEW are gifted with such honor.
Such is OUR BARBRA.
I carry the upmost RESPECT for you 2 girls, You both shine so brightly in a world full of darkness.
The act of kindness is so greatly appreciated by the little ones, in this case you have seen sickness and saved a little life, you have provided shelter when there was none to be found, You offered nurishment, comfort and warmth.
Some will say we are crazy for the things we do to help animals, after all "they are just animals", these folks simply do not enjoy and or cherish the feeling of Compassion and there for will not recieve such compassion when there life comes to an end as we know it.
In the world of trees falling and homes lost, In a world of Chemicals made by Man, In a world of pain and suffering that appears so bleak and full of dispair, There is Hope, there is Light amung the Darkness, this light has a name and that name is Second Chance Bird Rescue and within this light there's a spark that helps to create that bright light and that spark has her own name, we call her Anne.
There's has never been such a Wrong than that made by a person that done nothing because they felt they could do so little.
Walking with you always!
Arty

Bless Anne for her kindness and devotion to that pigeon. If the world had more people like that we would be in a lot better shape.
