If you find a Pigeon, injured or not, bring the bird into SAFETY.
An ijured bird is easy to catch, catch the bird and place into a medium sized box that can be closed, Bring this box into your garage and or entry way and keep safe and out of the direct sun, poke holes for air, it would be nice if you could offer the bird a cool drink of water, pigeons suck as we humans do when drinking from a straw, so the water must be atleast 2 inches deep, if possible, please offer the bird a hand full of wildbird seed.
(please note)
if the bird is injured please provide a heating pad set on low, to cover Half of the bottom of the box, if the bird does become to warm, he she can get away from the mild heat.
If the bird is not injured, simply allow the bird to be free

Write down all numbers on the band and report the bird to 911pigeonalert, go to Yahoo search and type in 911pigeonalert just as you see it typed, go to the web site and report the numbers, I personally would simply allow the bird to be free, if not injured.Thank you very kindly for helping the Bird of Peace.
