Default Olive-r has returned home

Roxanne has returned Ollie (formerly Olive) back unto my care.
He sure is handsome and is settling into the loft, there's a few females for him to choose from...
So far all is going fine.
I will take some pictures as soon as I can, been very busy working 2 jobs and now (yard work)...
We also took in 3 more birds.
2 canaries and another green Quaker at 13 years old, name....Pollie.
Pictures soon.

Arty

I know this was a very hard decision for Roxanne. I'm sure Ollie will thrive in his new environment.

Roxanne felt Oliver would be better off with a female and more room to fly, so we talked for awhile and I know she found it hard to make the decision.

Roxanne and I love oliver a great deal, I am sure her heart broke during her decision.
I prayed for Oliver's return if things were to go that way.
He is home now and doing very well.
Thank you all for your concerns.
Both Roxanne and I felt this would be best for Oliver.

Seeing this update on Olive has triggered quite a large emotional reaction for me. I will never forget the time Olive and I spent together and what I learned from him. I am thankful that he is back with you Arty, there isn't a better place for him than with you and in a natural environment where he can be a pigeon, not a house pet.
I am so glad that it has ended up this way and I am so glad to know you and Rosie Arty, you are both such special people.
Please say hi to Olive for me...I do love him.
