Hello there! Just wanted to let you know that I had up to 50 doves that I fed each morning and evening and then one day they just left. BUT - this morning 3 are back and I heard them early so I went out to feed them and they flew right to me. I guess they are back from before. They seemed to know me! Sweet birdies! Where have they been???

I am sorry it took so long for me to respond, I have been very sick.

Dove's unlike the Pigeon Migrate, they are not very hardy birds and can't tolerate the cold.
This could be the reason for there absence.
Another issue will be Doves are legal to hunt in most states.

Grrrrrrrrr, I am still not feeling very well, I best not speak anymore concerning Dove hunting, my blood pressure is already up there to high.
