Hi Arty, There have been bad thunder and lightning storms going thru here along with torrential rains...Abby is still up on that awning. It is dark now and I was wondering if I should try and get up there between the lightning strikes and lay a run over that overhang so she will be closed in a little. Looks like the storms are going to conti nue thru the night.I do not want to freak her out but looks like she will be spending her first night here. Let me know asap as I am worried about her!

Oh Donna, where are you?
All of Mothers creations endure her wrath and only the strong survive.
Abi is there with you for many reasons Donna, one is the protection offered under the roofs eve on the awning.
But know what I say to be true, Abi wouldn't be there if not for you!
I watched a Crow one day sit in my front yard, I knew this bird was ill, I sat for hours on my steps and watched this bird, asking him/her when he/she was gonna trust me enough to allow me to catch him/her and help.
3 days later I was trusted enough and the bird was in very poor shape, Sadly the bird perished in my hands, the feelings that rushed through me I simply can't explain, why did this bird come to me if not wanting me to help, why did he/she wait so long?...toooo long.
We simply don't know why Abi is there with you Donna, so many un-explained questions, but Abi is there for a reason...maybe some reasons are best to remain unknown....
