It's amazing how fast they feather. Last night I was watching the PBS special "Parrots in Oz" and they talked about breeding and showed the chicks at different ages and they really feather so quickly. It's amazing.

I forgot how quick the little ones grow feathers. Seems my wife raised cockatiels once, and the development is quite speedy.

Their beaks look so big and cute when they are teeny.

They feather amazingly quick, of course by this time they look like any other almost adult budgie.
