STERLING HEIGHTS, Mich. -- Sterling Heights police are searching for two men who stole a parrot from a pet store.
It happened Saturday around 12:30 p.m.
Tony Delibro from Petland in Sterling Heights said the two men walked in, grabbed the bird and walked out of the store.
The two men were caught on surveillance video.
The parrot was a Quaker parrot from South America. The bird is worth $1,000.
Delibro said he is concerned because the parrot still needs to be hand fed.
