Thanks guys. Kei is a wonderful bird. He's a one person bird though. He tolerates my dad and will only step up for him if he has a nut in his hand. He hates my mom, and any stranger that comes in. He ecspecially hates men though. He's attacked men before (he flew at their heads, zon style). I can do pretty much anything to him and he doesn't care. I've had him for 3 years in January and have only gotten bit twice.
None of my budgies are tame, I could potentially clip them and get them tame but they love flying and I wouldn't want to take that away from them.
Niobe isn't tame at all, she's terrified of everything. She does have to potential to be a little more tame though, she once took a nut out of my hand. I will work with her to be a little calmer with me.

ohhh, of course i saw your other post before seeing this one. and it would have answered my question about the fostering lol. anyways, welcome to parrot chatter! kei is very beautiful and the budgies are just adorable. good for you for volunteering!
