Yes, we are pretty far away from each other-- isn't the internet great?!! I have one bird, he is a Lilac Crowned Amazon. We just rescued him, and he is 54 years old. He is a very special boy, and is coming out of his shell more and more every day. :-)

My mom has one African Grey, who is so very much fun-- what a clown he is!! He says some bad things from his previous home-- they were not nice to him at all-- but he's getting better about that. He also makes some very rude noises that we can't help but giggle at, because we're pretty sure he learned those from my dad.... LOL!!!!!!!
