I just found this forum, and think I am going to like it a lot!

I am the subservient slave to Master Nikky, my 12 year old Blue and Gold Macaw.

He is quite the charactor. I have been in his servitude for about five years now.

He has decided that he is my official food tester, and insists on trying any food that I bring in to eat. He loves being in the same room, if not on me, whenever I am home. He insists on sitting on my wrist whenever I am on the computer. Not on my shoulder, but my WRIST! He loves going for rides with me, in my car. Yet again, he insists on picking HIS position to roost, which in this case, is on my shoulder.

Sounds like your are a Macaw slave - I think you'll need some training!

- can't have that silly bird in charge!

You sure must have strong wrists! &

Do you think he thinks, he is the one driving?

Welcome! I too, have a BGM and am looking forward to all your posts! Question - how on earth do you keep Master Nikky from dismantling your keyboard or de-tailing your mouse when he's on your wrist?

He does not seem to be interested in the keys, just my fingers, and the changing images on the screen.

Right now, he has decided that he has spent enought time on my wrist, and has climbed to my shoulder, and has started to play his newest game ... Taking my glasses off! GRRRR!!! LOL! I am an old fart, and can't read the screen without my glasses on.
