I never introduced myself to the people who don't know me.

I know most of you from one place or another.

So, I'm Dayna. I own a pet store, run a bird club, breed, have parrots as pets, run a webstore, run 2 bird related web forums, etc. I live in Alaska and my vet lives in California. So sometimes I run into medical issues by not having a vet, but mostly I can solve those problems with my vet over the phone. Sometimes, he comes to visit and that is fun when he stays with me.

I am married to the most wonderful man on the planet (sorry J you must be number 2 in this arena), have a fantastic beautiful daughter who is 10, 2 dogs, 1 cat, 7 ducks, and 5 chickens.

My inside parrots include:

Cassidy (12) staying with me for a while, Tres Maria Amazon
Pickles (5) Yellow front amazon hybrid
Cosmo (1) Orange Winged amazon

Ginger (2) Citron Crested cockatoo

Darwin (2) Blue and gold Macaw
Franklin (9months) Scarlet Macaw

2 mutation green cheeked conures
3 lineolated parakeets
2 pacific parrotlets

Jason Ruffner (teen something cockatiel)
Buttercup (3) cockatiel

Winston our Blue Crowned conure that was wild caught and in his 20-30's passed away a few days ago. I miss him.

Oh, and I like parrots.
