Hello everyone!!! I wanted to take a moment and say hello!!! I know a few people have been looking for me!!!

I've been busy with the fids and was also having some internet issues

....... but, everything is good now!!!
For those of you that don't know, or can't figure it out....... it's me, Don

a.k.a greyburd (from Bird Board).
I need to get my profile and signature finished, it probably won't be tonight because I'm going out a bit later. But, I will get that up and running in no time.
The fids are doing wonderfully. Spencer is such a joy.... I never imagined (when I brought him home) that he would be such a wonderful addition to my life. He's talking up a storm and graced me yesterday with "Daddy's good boy!" (he is so sure of himself!!!

) He just turned 2 in May (for those of you keeping score). Tristan is Daddy's Little Girl! She is such a sweetheart! I just hope she stays that way!

She recently started talking, basically just repeating things Spencer already says. She does say "wanna squirt?"

Which is what I "warn" them with before the squirt bottle comes out. Spencer hasn't picked that one up. Oh, and for those that don't know..... Spencer is a TAG and Tristan is a CAG (I just love those Greys!!

) Tristan had her 1 hatchday in March! And then there's the baby girl, Madison ( or The Divine Miss "M" or MadMac ). Madison is my 8 month old BG Macaw! Can I just say that the moment she entered this house, she changed my life!!! She interacts with me much differently than my Greys (I'm sure those of you that have both, can relate). She is such a little clown and just as mischievous as BG should be!!!

Having a Macaw is so much different than having Grey (obviously)!
Yes, Kathie mentioned that I've been toying with the idea of getting a GW. Some of you may remember that I wanted to get a GW after I got Tristan. I hadn't even entertained the idea of getting a BG, but I don't regret it for one minute. #1 There won't be any birds added to my flock until I move into a bigger house. It doesn't matter what size bird it is. #2 Since I've only had Madison for a few months, there's no way I would bring another bird into my house right now. I have an unwritten rule that the last bird has to be at least a year old before I bring another one in. So, that's where I stand on the GW. Besides, it's just me (I live alone). And I don't want to overwhelm myself with 4 birds (2 of them being Macaws). I want to make sure I can handle it first. So, even though I feel Madison should have a "buddy", I need to be 100% sure I'll be able to handle a "buddy".
So, that's my story. I've seen a few familiar "faces" (user names), as I peeked around! It's good to see you all, and I can't wait to meet the new peeps!!!
