Great site

Hi our names are Gail and Leo we are owned by Simon (2yr old) green cheek and KeKe (two yr old B&G MaCaw) we just adopted KeKe 7 days ago.This site was recomended to us by maplebird but the reg form wouldn't accept the referal. I am looking forward to getting lots of advise and help from those who have much more experience than we do. KeKe is proving to be a good girl and is talking more and more each day. She is finding her way in this new family that she has gotten. She wasn't abused in her former home but with 4 kids(under 9) and other life problems she didn't get the attention that she needed. She seems to be thriving with all the love and attention that she is getting here. Like many non bird people we could have never understood the special kind of Love that a parrot can give and now can't imagine life without them. They fill a part of our lives that we didn't know was even missing and are as much fun as our kids were at that age(but we have the advantage of life experience with them). So I thank you in advance for all the help that I know we will get. We have discovered that bird people are very generous with the help and advise and are greatful you are there.
