I guess I'll start it out...
This is my 2 year old female CAG, Harrison. She came home with us when she was 3 months old. The breeder was sure she was male because of her head/eye size/shape but we found out differently about 18 months later when we did a DNA test. She was saying "hi birdies" and "hi bird" when we first brought her home and learned other words and phrases very quickly. I must admit that the first year or so with her, I thought "what have I done!!??"...it was a big adjustment getting her. After the first 10-12 months, we bonded in a way I never thought possible. I never ever thought I'd fall so in love with an animal. She just recently started flying again...it took two years for her wings to grow back after a vet butchered her when they clipped her. We won't be having her clipped again because she seems to love flying so much. Her favorite toy is the swing hanging from the ceiling with a ball hanging in the middle. Here's my entry of her flying...
