After closing a poll will be set up for voting which will remain open for 7 days and then a winner will be announced!

The winner will have their photo featured on the January page of the 2008 ParrotChatter calendar. You will also receive a calendar as a prize.

All submitted photos must be of high resolution and with a pixel size of at least 1600 x 1200.

I forgot to add that entries are limited to one photo per bird. Please post your birds species, name and a little bit about them. We would like to include some information about them on the Calendar.

This is Louie the white face cockatiel and Lola, the lutino cockatiel guarding the cockatiel's parsley plant.

Louie and Lola came to me from a breeder who was going to stop breeding cockatiels. I found them through my local classifieds.

Chico is a male Double Yellow Headed Amazon in his twenties, and has been re-homed several times. Here he is enjoying his favorite healthy snack, an Almond.

I call this "Parsley in the Parsley".This is a picture of my lineolated parakeet named Parsley. She is over a year old and the sweetest bird in the world. She is sitting on her fresh crop of Parsley.
