In the pet store they were feeding our little guy a conure/Love bird seed blend. We brought some of that home with us, but we also got Zupreem Fruit Blend pellets. I put some of the seed and some of the pellets in his bowl. I checked this morning and he had eaten all of the pellets. YEA!!

My question is how many pellets should I feed him each day? It doesn't say on the Zupreem package. I know that Budgies require two teaspoons of seed a day per bird, but I have no idea with the pellets or even seed for the Linnie...would it be the same amout as for our Budgies or more. I guess though since he has taken to the pellets right away I don't really need to feed him seed. I will be giving him fruits, fresh veggies, legumes, rice, and stuff too.

I feed my linnie 3 teaspoons a day of a seed blend , plus fresh food. I also give a teaspoon of pellets with the seed.
