She has been visiting a little Keet for the past few weeks, and yesturday she brought the little one home, guess she had a few words with the petshop manager and the little bird is depressed...

They are getting along fine, we are keeping an eye on things.
I hope everyone understands what I am about to say.
I don't believe in buying any animal to stop the suffering the little one endures in a petshop, this only encourages the petshop to fill the space left behind by the purchase, and thus forth keeps the horror's happening.
My Rose visits Petshops to check on the animals and speak with managers, I hope you all understand why she does so, when she see's continued suffering she will offer to buy the bird, but not nearly for the price they are asking.
This little bird started out at $465.00, Rose offered $100.00 and brought the little one home, not long ago she was following the life of a little Quaker, she even bought toys for the little bird, for weeks she checked in on that little life and beleive me "my Rose isn't that kind when it comes to any bird suffering under petshop managment".
The little Quaker was sold.
My wife is a very kind person, just don't abuse any animal and she will get along fine with you, but if she sees abuse, Her wrath can be very....very fearing, she will alert animal protection officials and take them to the petshops, I have seen her do this many times.
For the last 3 weeks I have heard my Rose complain about this little Keet, now this little bird is part of our family, I can only hope and pray the Petshop suffered a loss and this will encourage them not to fill the empty cage with another little ones life.
