I agree she looks adorable. I like her cute little black nails on her pink feet. Looks like she has nail polish on.

I was tempted to get a Linnie as a friend for Laker - we decided to keep to one species.[drats] But i really don't think Laker would have minded - he really only uses Rio as a flying buddy.

How does she like the Budgies? & how have the Budgie taken to the new arrival?

Parsley is still in quarantine and will be for another week or two. I am not sure I am going to let her meet the budgies. Since she is female and they are both male I'm not sure I want them to interact, Also she is so bonded with me I would hate to lose that.

I am so glad you posted this Nancy.... I seem to sound like a broken record at times... I know, I am obsessed with the Linnies... but I truly find them to be so perfect... and I know all bird owners feel that way about their birds...but I have been around a lot of different birds...and never found any to adapt so well...to fit in so easily... and to work their way into your heart so quickly. It is a lot of bird in such a little package. I am so happy she is fitting in so well... Thanks for the picture they are beautiful...

If Parsley's personality is as cute as her pics, you are a very lucky birdie mom!

Thank you for all of your nice comments. Actually, both my husband and I are lucky birdy parents. Parsley loves us both. I never dreamed a bird would be like this so quickly.

I so feel the same way you do Luvmath. My husband and I just got our Linnie about 4-5 weeks ago and he is very sweet to both of us as well. We are very lucky parronts. He's so affectionate, I've never had a bird this affectionate before. I've had parakeets and cockatiels and they we're awesome but not as affectionate. It's amazing to me. Thanks for sharing the pics and stories. They are wonderful. I'd love to compare notes with you sometime on my Kiwi. He's also a green linnie but split to blue. Take care and have fun with your wonderful family addition. Keep the pics and stories coming.

It's so nice to hear from all the newly owned Linnie people. It seems these guys are capturing hearts everywhere! I love hearing their stories.
