| Re: my new baby ringneck Male ringnecks get a ring and make up on the eyes by the time they are 2. The ring starts to become visable at just over a year with a white sort of mustache. The ring will be 3 colors, black and thinner white/pale blue stripe and a patch of rose behind the neck. Females have no makeup or ring. | |||||||||||||||||||||
