Would like to introduce my RF Merlin

Hi everyone! My name is Kate and this is my new little buddy Merlin. He is 10mos old and one of the coolest birds i have ever known! I have to admit he is a little on the messy side... but he is just so cute...

Merlin is my first parrot so i have a lot to learn yet, any advice that you have for me would greatly be appreciated! the pictures i have posted of him are from a few months ago... i have some new ones that i need to download with his little red spots on top of his head. I can't wait until he grows in all of his red feathers!

Yeah, when I first started researching RF's i kept coming across his page and couldn't get the name out of my head! His original name was going to be Hewie... but i kept calling him Merlin by accident, needless to say he ended up with Merlin!

Thanks guys! Yup a Florida Girl!! You couldn't pay me enough to go live in that cold weather! right now it is 72 degrees and the sun isn't even up yet! it's going to be a hot one...

I actually found out about Parrot Chatter from Jared's page. Merlin is starting to get some red feathers on top of his head and i wasn't sure how much he will get when they all come in. So i went to look at pictures of his Merlin... and of course watched the goofy video's

Most everyone here has goofy video's.
Im in Port Charlotte, Ginni is in Sarasota, Missi - Naples, Emily - Orlando are and Val is from oops, I think Cocco Beach. We all met last week at the Bird show in Port Charlotte and some of us again on the 4th of May in Sarasota.
