She "fluffs" out her "jaw" feathers. It is really cute, but why? She just won't tell me so I figured you all would know.

I didn't know Macaws do that too!

Look at Winkie's photo - I see the puff.

Budgies & Toos have Beards - like Winkie & they puff them up until the beak almost disappears. It is so sweet. When they preen the bread can look like a big mustache.
