Default Macaw's diet!

I need some advise as to what to feed my harlequin macaw once he comes home. This is what I thought of but I do not know if it is overkill or not enough etc. Not only that but my cage only has 3 bowls so that may pose some limitations too:

Bowl #1- 1 part Volkmann's seed mix (Volkman Seeds - The Birdsafe Store) and 3 parts Foundation Formula pellets (Foundation Formula (direct ship) - The Birdsafe Store)

Bowl #2- fresh sprouts (can anyone recommend a good prepackaged sprouting mix?) along with fresh organic fruits and vegetables

Bowl #3- A goldenfeast blend (Goldenfeast Premium Foods. - The Birdsafe Store)

At night, I would replace Bowl #2 with a cooked meal (i.e. pasta, etc.)

Would this be a good, healthy diet for a harlequin macaw? Should I stay away from anything or add anything to this?

Thanks!!!

I have not looked at the ingredients of each of the seeds you mention but I don't believe you should need all three.
I give mine a mixture of seed, fruit, veggies and pellets. The pet store I use stocks it in bulk and I can choose & mix what I want. My Baby also gets fresh fruit and veg. every day along with some protein and calcium. She even gets table scraps at times. Do not give sunflower seeds. Peanuts once in a great while. (one or two a week) Five or so almonds a day are good as well.

Might I suggest some form of protien via eggs, chicken, shrimp is excelent for feathers and health because of the omega 3's. I also use bee pollen, as like sprouts it is one of the best food sources for parrots, but little known.

Bee pollen. I'll have to get some. Oh, I forgot about the shrimp...mine love that. Also give them egg shells.
