We were in the backyard with Keke, Simon and Heidi Tuesday evening. She likes to go and see the fish in the pond as is our custom we put her in the grass and let her walk around. She loves it. Well this evening she kept flapping her wings and Leo called her and said fly to daddy to our amazement she did. It wasn't a huge fly a couple of feet but we made such a fuss you could tell she was proud of herself. Normally when she flies she is shaking after but not this time. We will have decided that we will encourage her to do it on her own rather than other means as she responded so well. Of course we didn't have the camera ready as she never flies just walks up to the deck. Maybe next time her daddy was so proud of her.

Gail that's great. Leo messaged me on facebook with the good news. Keep encouraging her. Harley is getting better all the time too. It doesn't take long. And you guys are so wonderful with her I just know she'll do great! I hope you get pics too. Can't wait to see you all again....anytime!
