Here's our latest rescue Jack. He's in his temporary cage until I get one out of storage for him. He perchs really well until you try to work with him, he doesn't like to have his left foot touched and will lean back when he tries to step up. We're slowly working on this with him. He has a vet appointment this week.

Jack is a Miligold - military/b&g.

We don't know anything about him except that he's scared of hands and certainly doesn't want his left foot touched. He's very curious and enjoys being out of his cage. Today he's getting a bigger cage with more toys. He's learning that toys are fun.

We love Jack! Poor guy must have had something bad happen to his left foot. He is a beautiful boy!

We're just starting to work with Jack but yes, he will be up for adoption. He's very curious and is starting to enjoy life. He's starting to talk more and more. Loves to eat corn, oranges, almonds.
