I can't help you, I've never boarded a single animal in my life. I used to hire a couple to stay at my house to take care of them but that was years ago when I did not have so many. I don't believe in boarding.

If I could find someone to stay at my house, or at least come over several times a day to take care of everyone, that would be my preference too. But I have yet to find someone that I can trust to stay at my house AND be capable of taking care of the animals. My MIL helps out and will take care of everyone but I'm sure there will be a time where she can't help for whatever reason (like this August my sister in law will be getting married so MIL taking care of fids is out!).
