I think it's a neat cage!

As far as perches go, you could always get driftwood, or whatever, branches and set them up from the bottom up? You know what I'm saying?

Everyone I know who has a Lori/keet keeps them in massive aquariums. Not that I'm suggestion it because I don't know much about Loris but that's what they keep them in with the huge driftwood branches (which you would find in a Reptile shop or plant nursery) that go from top to bottom.

I think it's a really pretty cage, but I think you're going to have the same problem with the bars at the top. Yanno, Murphy's Law says that the top will be her favorite spot to hang out and then you know what happens after that.

I never have been partial to Acrylic cages, ventalation issues, birds can't climb around, IMO, harder to keep clean, Scratches show up like a sore thumb.
I wouldn't drive 3 hours for that cage.
We used to have a acrylic cage here, it went back out the door as fast as it came in, and Sammy, hated it....

Along with the issues mentioned already, Arty brought up one I hadn't thought of. Can you imagine the scratches?! After awhile you wouldn't be able to see through it clearly!

That was my thought the first time I saw one in a catalog. First I said "oh, that's neat", and then I thought "I'll bet you couldn't see through it after a few months". Anyone who's had experience with motorcycle windshields, helmet shields, back windows in a pickup cap; you know what I'm talking about. There are polishes to minimize the scratches and "fogging", but I think it would be more trouble than it was worth for me.

If you clean it carefully you shouldn't get many scratches. I used to work in the exhibit industry & the guys built me plexi things for my home. They still look good after 18 years. It really depends on the quality of the plexi & its hardness.

I do agree you can ruin it if you are not careful. Kind of like cleaning my glasses - I never use a paper towel or wipe them with a dry cloth unless it is those special clothes for glasses.
Make sure you use a proper cloth & don't rub gritty stuff with the cloth. . If you wanted you could replace the plexi with tempered glass - or whatever is safe - over time.

I thought it looked like a really handsome cage. I'd buy it. The bars look a tad big. I'm sure with creativity you can figure out the insides. I'd have an upside down tree like thing in there.

Have you got the dimensions yet?
