BrokenWing Chronicles
Wildlife Facts

When a goose and or duck is injured during flight, 2 other members of the flock will go down with the injured bird for protection and comfort.

Wrens will place a large stick into the hole of there bird house when they are done using it, this marks the bird house as there's for future use.

Hummingbirds hitch a ride on migratory birds such as the goose and or duck during Migration.

Anting
Anting is a curious phenomenon that is not fully understood. Many species of songbirds have been observed picking up ants and rubbing the ants on their feathers. Occasionally birds will spread themselves out on an anthill and move around to encourage the ants to crawl onto their feathers.

I've been trying to get rid of the ones in my house! That is weird but I don't see my birds wanting them on their feathers!
