Hey Chrissy! They photos were precious! I find too that ducks and chickens are so endearing! I had a goose, Helen, that would sit in my lap and wrap her neck all the way around mine. She was very special. Thanks for the pics and story!

He was such a character, he used to sleep in the bird room in a cardboard box. One night the cat got in there and was asleep on the couch. In the morning , the duck was on the couch and the cat was in the box !! He honked like a goose too, more a goose than a duck !!
I would have lots of ducks and chickens if we had the space.

I used to have two little buff silky chickens. Penny and Dumpling. They were so precious and industrious. I would see them scratching and it would inspire me to clean something! ha! Dumpling liked to hang out on my shoulder. They each gave me a yummy egg every day. Someday I hope to have some more!
