Default Stubby

Here is a frequent visitor. I called him stubby due to his lack of a beautiful tail. Not sure what ever happened to him but he reminds me of a mix between a rabbit and a squirrel... LOL

He does that too. He won't run away from me unless I get a few feet away but when I turn around he throws himself down like that. LOL I think he knows I laugh at him so he does it to get a response.

LOL, what a character! We often have one or two 'close call' squirrels running around with stubby tails.

Wow! After looking at your pics you all wouldn't believe the difference in squirrels down here.

All of ours are scrawny- sometimes you have to take a second look at the tail to make sure it's not a rat.

Stubby is neat.
We have a few around here with damaged tails.
I saw 2 different squirrels yesterday with injuries.
I assume its from fighting among them selfs for the right to eat.
Nice pictures, Thank you!

Awwww! Stubby is so cute! I love squirrels. Who needs a tail anyway? Just ask Jewel.
