LOL the joys of living outside of the city. When I was growing up in Newfoundland it was common place to wake up to find a moose wandering around the front yard. Even got chased by one once while riding my bike!! We see deer all the time out at the in laws now, and all kinds of cool birds. Like the wild turkey's that hang out in the backyard! Thanks for sharing that....beautiful pics!

Isn't she beautiful! We lived in Alaska for a while and we would get bear and moose! I never got over the excitement of seeing them!

Kris, you grew up in Newfoundland? That's cool! I wish we had all the wildlife that Roxanne & Arty have. But, since we live in the city it's a pretty rare thing. A couple of winters ago though, I was coming home with my Nana & we saw this HUGE 'dog' running across the road. Immediately I realized that it was a - COYOTE - it took a running jump over the nearest fence. It was quite well-fed too, not all skinny. We have possums & rabbits in abundance too. Birds are our favorite wildlife though - we have seen from our yard close to 60 species of birds.
