Default Little Ground Squirrel

Our neighborhood squirrels have a hole chewed into our garbage container.
I always check to make sure there isn't a squirrel trapped in the container after the garbage man comes before I add any trash, seems when its completely empty they can't get back out.
Well today I found a little ground squirrel in the bottom, almost dead, had to tip the container on its side to get the little bugger.
Brought him in the house and held him within my hands for a little while, then wrapped him in a towel and placed him on the heating pad set on low.
Well, he/she is now up and about and eating...
Close call....
Having problems with photo bucket again, so I can't show the pictures of this little one...
But anyways...another little one out of harms way...will release tommorow.

You can see the pictures here, the first picture was when I found him/her, extremely cold, barely moving...
The second and third are after he/she warmed up and found the seed and water.

This little one will be fine.
Fairly frisky now, eating and drinking well.
He/she will be returned to the wild in the morning.

That was great! - I love chipmunks. He might come back after receiving such a warm welcome.

He lives under our deck, Rose and I feed him everyday...
The hole to his/her den can be seen from under the steps, I am sure he/she appreciates the help.
Thanks everyone for the kind replies.
