Josh, take it to the vet as it will need antibiotics if it has been scratched by a cat, cat bits and scratches are deadly. Make sure you practice good sanitizing procedures when you have a strange or sick animal around.

Josh, my dad used to till people's gardens a lot & he'd end up running over rabbit nests a lot. I don't recall any of the babies making it. (I was probably 4 or so at the time tho.) They are hard to save tho (Dad said this).
