Default Butterflies

Totally forgot I had this pic, one year I brought monarch caterpillars in for the kids to watch them grow. It was pretty cool.

We've been raising them for probably 10 years now. The kids really enjoy the whole process! It's a great experience. If you put a milkweed plant in your garden they'll find their way and do the rest. 8)

My wife puts out all kinds of hummingbird feeders on our deck, we see many little hummingbirds here, I also plant morning glory's along our fence to attrack the Hummingbird, also get our share of bees.

Alleaa, do you know what kind of plant you have in the photos? It looks different than my milkweed. I'm always looking for more butterfly bait.
Does your Mom get other types to reproduce in her garden? I can't seem to find the right stuff for the others.

Great photos. I need to look into some flowers to plant that attract the butterflies. My birds think they are so cool and respond to them.

Beautiful pictures! We have a huge butterfly bush in our backyard. We always see butterflies and hummingbirds by it.
