I have a huge butterfly garden that attracts about 14 different kinds of butterflies. I planted it 4 yrs ago as the Kazpurr Memorial Butterfly Garden and it has exploded. My dog and other two cats love to wander through it and find lots of other little critters who choose to reside there also. I have everything from regular milkweed, giant purple milkweed, climbing roses, shrimp plants, orange flame vines and bushes, plus the butterfly bushes in two different colors, oleander, bougainvillea, yellow alamanda, three different color frangi-pangi (plumaria) trees, plumbago, stephanotis, raspberry hibiscus and a few other things. The positive is that it works and attracts butterflies and birds the negative is that I can't use weed killer so it is taking over the whole yard and I have to cut it back frequently. And I have to do it 'cause my yard guy doesn't get it-I caught him using Round-up and a weedeater once! I have a picture but not much is in bloom here; I'll try to get another over the weekend. I saw giant yellow and black butterflies the other day- they were huge-at first I thought they were hummingbirds and followed them around the side of the house. Right now it is raining here so maybe later......

Here's another pic I took over the weekend-I counted three different kinds of butterflies but didn't catch any on camera.

Thanks, That's only about a third of it. I have a park bench and birdbath in it also, so we all, meaning Annie, the cats and I, like to go outside and sit for a spell and just watch what is going on. It's a great meditation garden also, and I'm about to expand it across the back fence also.

I bought the butterfly feeder and put it up this week. I hope it attracts the butterflies! If it does and I get any good shots, I'll post them here.
