Well it seems as far as the nuts in shell go....she just likes to crack apart the shells and the nut meat and fling it all over! I imagine eventually she'll figure out it's food!!

My secret....hmm...

Sweet potato/bean/wild rice mash
Higgins shelled Boca nuts
Hagen Tropican pellets here and there
Bird-elicious Ekkie formula
apples
cooked whole wheat pasta sometimes w/ sauce
hard boiled eggs w/ shell
a BIT of lean beef here and there
some chicken here and there
PUR filtered water
showers weekly w/ a shower head filter
spray bottle showers w/ George's Aloe
Florida sun and humidity
an hour outside each week (wearing Aviator Harness, of course)
an overly large cage w/ too many toys & a box w/ a hole cut in it to have a nest (I know this is bad, but she will NOT stay off the floor when she's out otherwise)

Actually I don't know what my secret is but that's basically everything I do for her haha She WON'T eat fresh veggies or greens no matter how I offer them to her, so I cook them into things like gluten-free baking mix, or organic instant oatmeal.
