Lol Jim buying 2 tablespoons of every bean.If you can't find the bean mix (I couldn't no matter where I looked) just buy a cup or two of each bean, mix the leftover amount and store in a air tight container (like the one's you use to store pasta in, the ones that have a good seal on them), the dried beans will keep for a long time and the next time you want to a cook bean based recipe for your fids you will already have a mixed supply on hand

Jim - I absolutely love it. I just put the bean mix in a large Tupperware container, rinse them, add the water and the next day it's ready! No mess, no pots - and the fids love it!

Oooohhh Kathie, you have peaked my interest! I am 'bean cooking impaired' You don't have to cook these? What beans are in the mix?
