Hey [i]'m finally back...hope I was missed just a little. I have no clue what happened but I used to be able to acces PC from my AOL and now it just aint happening but I found I am able to access from Internest Explorer. I was starting to get the DT's without PC and chatting Too bad things went to the great internet void but I'm sure we will be able to get this going again.

Toos, I love them - big ones little ones - they're all great birds. None of them start out with behavioral problems - it's those who don't do their homework and learn as much as they can before bringing one home that create the problems. The number one parrot needing rehomed in our adoption program is the male Umbrella Cockatoo, seconded by the male Moluccan Cockatoo.

Umbrella cockatoos and Moluccans are number one birds being locked in closets, hit, abused, dumped off at rescues/sanctions and sold/rehomes...

This is why I am VERY OPPOSED to breeding cockatoos in general...

I have to say having a cockatoo is totally lik ehaving a disabled child you have to car efor the next 70 + years, and a very demanding husband, and combine the mental disabled child with th edemanding rude husband you get the M2 and U2... very intelligent birds, and I think people should have to pass a written course and reading course and a plain old TEST to even thinking of having on in their lives, be before this I believe all soon-to-be too owners should go to a rescue to do some research on a cockatoo... and read up on parrot behavior and cockatoo behavior (and that certain cockatoo you are interested in)....
