It's time to play a game. It's called guess the age of a cockatoo from my description only (cause that is all I have)

This is what I know as a fact. He is a M2 breeder. I have known of him for 2/3 years. His breeder let his mate die of starvation along with alot of his breeder birds he was suppose to be taken care of. He is not banded. His feet are not white/white like you see with most OLDER birds. They do have white on them, more like grey....

Any guesses? I would love to know his age from anyone who might have more expertise than me.
