I rescued Noel back in May from a lady here in Kentucky! Noel is a very lovable bird who can not get enough attention! She has been in 4 diffrent homes before she cam to me and each family reported he plucking for diffrent reasons. The last lady said that she started plucking after she started giving her a bath daily to keep the dust down due to her husbands health. I just wanted to smank her and say no s^&t , she is not a fish! But I bit my tounge and left with Noel in tow! She is a real sympathy getter to! She only knows how to say Hello, but if you dont respond to that, she starts her pitiful Hellos untill you think that she is the lonliest bird in the world!
