Default Indestructible Toys

Have you found one that your cockatoo cannot destroy?
If so, what the heck is it.

I have gotten the birds so many toys that are supposed to be indestructible, but it only takes my guys a short time to break them, including the smallest, Ollie! I even got those steel baskets that put stuff in - well, Lover Boy snapped the metal rod to get to the stuff inside rather than chew or pull it out

I do believe I have one for you Jan. It's a Fischer Price toy - the yellow ball that has different shapes cut out and you're suppose to fit the right shape into the ball. Sunny, my M2, has a ball with it, literally! She tosses it from one side of the cage to the other. Then she picks up the pieces and trys to bang them against the ball! I've had this toy for at least 3 yrs. now and it's still going strong!

A powder coated metal bell is the only indestructable toy I've found.

I get mine from here : ROPE & CHAIN & BELLS "parrot proof bells"

ha ha, I do have bells in everyone's cages, and yes, you are right, they haven't pulled the clapper out, and haven't destroyed the bell itself.

I think I'm going to look for that baby toy that Patsnest talked about. I know exactly what she is talking about. Maybe I will buy two, one for new grand child and one for the birds!!

Dayna most of them I love. The last one I'm not sure about with all that length of chain. I would be worried that one of my idiots would get tangled up in it and hang themselves.
Thanks so much for those. I'm going to look into buying (or making) some of them.

Do they have a web page or do they just sell via ebay. I bought something from them a while back - you put adding machine paper on it and the bird unrolls (the entire roll mind you) all over the cage - and then hides in the pile - which I don't think they thought of. lol. It was really funny, white bird, in a pile of white adding machine paper
