Good news! So glad she's feeling better. I hope the test results are a help in her treatment. Lots of healing prayers are being sent Sunny's way.

They did say she's still not eating on her own. Hmmm....maybe it's just becasue she's in a different place.

I hope all the tests come back normal, and that she's home tomorrow! I can't see Ollie eating very well, if at all, while at the vets. I'm sure Sunny is just uncomfortable away from home.

Well, here's an update. We just talked to the vet and they got all of the results back. The xray didn't show any more eggs(unless they are soft shelled, then they won't show up). The bloodwork was all good except for the liver. They said the numbers were a little high. So they're not sure if it has something to do with the other problems she's been having, or if it's something completely different. They're going to do an ultrasound to look at her liver. She is acting a lot better they said. We are just kind of bummed again though....it seems to be one thing after another. We just want her to get better.

Hang in there. I feel you are through the worst of it! Talk them about milk thistle for a liver flush. You are good parronts!!

Hurry home Sunny!!!!

We went to see Sunny tonight. She was very happy to see us. We got to hold her and she would not get off of Dallas! We also got her to eat millet out of our hands. They are doing an ultrasound on her tomorrow to look at her liver. We're hoping the blood results on her liver came back high due to the complications she's been having with laying eggs. The doctor said it could be a lot of things so we are hoping for the best. If everything goes as planned, we will get to bring her home tomorrow night and she how she does here. We can't wait to have her home.
