I do the same 'panic' every time that happens also, even though I know the reason, followed by the endless watching of poop for the rest of the day!

I am having really good luck with the Totally Organic Pellet (TOP) here. TOP pellets are cold-pressed so they are a lot softer than the extruded or baked ones. You might want to give them a try.

Just got off the phone with the vets office. Nani's results have come back all clear, abit suprised at how quickly they came back though. No word yet on the DNA'ing, should be another few days.
Nani is a sweet heart, I am just loving having him here.
