Ziggy has only taken a bath a couple of times, and this last time he seemed to enjoy it. He usually just jumps in and right back out a few times and never splashes around much. I snapped a couple of photos ... looks like he's having some fun. I haven't posted any Ziggy photos for awhile. He's a little over 10 months old now and has his adult feathers and neck dots now.

Very cute, our budgies don't bath just flick a little water about the head and shoulders.

OK - this is great for you & very frustrating for me.
I have to try another bowl idea - maybe they'd use the glass bowl. Yours is very attractive. I have a terra cotta one & so far it is only used for the odd head splash [I hear you Angie!] & drinking.

It's just a glass pie dish that I'm using. Both Pogo and Ziggy seem to use it just fine. It seems to work well, and you can make the water level that works best.

Ziggy sure has turned out to be a great Budgie ... he has such a great personality, and he gets along with Pogo so well.
